Built by people who has done it
SEEDOF Global Partners helps foreign companies hire and operate in Nigeria, and helps Nigerian companies stay compliant, without the guesswork. Not consulting theory. Delivery, from people who have run it.
Your single partner for employment and compliance in Nigeria
Nigeria is one of Africa's largest and most complex employment markets. For foreign companies, hiring here means navigating unfamiliar labour law, statutory contributions, and regulators. For established Nigerian businesses, staying compliant across PENCOM, ITF, and NSITF is a constant, high-stakes exercise.
SEEDOF Global Partners exists to remove that friction. The firm brings together workforce solutions, compliance and advisory, and market-entry services under one roof, so clients deal with one accountable partner rather than a patchwork of vendors. The result is fewer moving parts, less exposure, and a faster path from decision to operation.
What makes us different
The Nigerian employment scene is our natural habitat.
SEEDOF does not learn Nigeria's employment and compliance landscape on the job; it is home ground. Every engagement is led by someone who has actually built and run compliant operations here, and who speaks the language of both the multinational boardroom and the Nigerian regulator. Clients get judgement earned in the field, not templates, and nothing gets lost in translation between the two worlds.
One partner, fair pricing.
Workforce solutions, compliance and advisory, and market entry sit under one roof, so as a client's needs change, the partner does not. And because SEEDOF knows this terrain intimately, it delivers efficiently, at competitive pricing that reflects real local insight rather than guesswork marked up as risk.
Meet the Founder
SEEDOF Global Partners was founded by Kolawole Ibitoye, a senior human-resources practitioner with 21 years across HR leadership and financial services.
In 14 years of HR leadership, Kolawole ran people operations across 11 countries in Africa and the Middle East, including a senior regional role at Kantar. He also personally set up a Nigerian subsidiary for a US-based company: incorporation, structuring, compliance, and operational launch. He did the work, rather than advising on it. Seven earlier years in financial services give SEEDOF a commercial and governance perspective most HR firms lack.
Kolawole holds an MBA from Obafemi Awolowo University and a BA in Global Business from Bournemouth University, UK. He is SPHRi certified by HRCI, a Full Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management of Nigeria (CIPM), and an HRCI subject-matter-expert volunteer.
That mix of international standards and deep Nigerian ground truth is the foundation SEEDOF is built on.
